We are looking for someone who:
- has a legal background and in-depth knowledge of the elderly care sector;
- has experience with teaching, facilitation, or communicating professional content—ideally to non-lawyers
- is familiar with municipal practices and can relate legal principles to the day-to-day realities faced by managers and staff
- is keen to contribute to marketing and sales efforts
- works independently and thrives with autonomy and responsibility
- is curious, innovative, and adept at building trust
- can collaborate across disciplines and functions
- is ready to share responsibility for collective problem-solving and decision-making
