Senior Inhouse Legal Counsel

We are looking for a legal counsel to head our legal department based in Aarhus.

If you have 10+ years of experience working in a law firm in Denmark, then continue to read, you are the one we are looking for this role……

We are looking for someone who:

• has a legal background and in-depth knowledge of the elderly care sector;
• has experience with teaching, facilitation, or communicating professional content—ideally to non-lawyers
• is familiar with municipal practices and can relate legal principles to the day-to-day realities faced by managers and staff
• is keen to contribute to marketing and sales efforts
• works independently and thrives with autonomy and responsibility
• is curious, innovative, and adept at building trust
• can collaborate across disciplines and functions
• is ready to share responsibility for collective problem-solving and decision-making
